As the Chairman of the ICIN 2015 Technical Programme Committee, I invite you to participate in the ICIN 2015 ‘Innovation in Services, Networks and Cloud; Connecting People, Things and Machines.’

The ICIN is recognized as one of the world’s leading conferences in its domain and has a track record of attracting the leading experts from all sectors of the ICT industry with high quality presentations and discussions. ICIN 2015 will be organised around 4 tracks on Service Webification, Online Social Networks, Network IT-isation and the Internet of Things, chaired by Roch Glitho (Concordia University, Canada), Bruce Maggs (Duke University & Akamai, USA), Jiangtao Wen (Tsinghua University, China) and Raouf Boutaba (Waterloo University, Canada), respectively.

The ICIN operates on a rigorous peer review process and presents an insiders’ perspective straight from the heart of a rapidly changing and increasingly important industry sector. This year, ICIN has doubled the number of submissions and the resulting programme for ICIN 2015 contains many insights into current industry trends, exposure to innovative ideas and papers of the highest quality from experts worldwide.

As you examine the pages of the Final Programme, you will see that the ICIN Technical Programme Committee has developed an extensive programme containing 64 components, comprising tutorial, scientific and technical sessions, posters, keynotes and panel sessions. Keynote speakers include: Henning Schulzrinne (Columbia University, USA), Jan Holler (Principal Researcher, Ericsson Research, Sweden), Bruce Maggs (Professor, Duke University and Vice-President, Research, Akamai Technologies, USA), David Soldani (VP Research, Huawei, Germany), Alistair Urie (Director of Architecture Strategy and 5G, Bell Labs Fellow, Alcatel-Lucent), Nicolas Demassieux (Senior Vice President Research, Orange Labs, France).
