Things everywhere: a journey in the IoT world – Codemotion Tech Pills at TomTom

With the Internet of Things we are transforming the world that surrounds us into a giant robot (or better, a network of robots) which will support us in all aspects of our mundane activities, either in the privacy of our homes or in intricate public environments such as the Port of Rotterdam.
During our meetup we’ll explore how IoT solutions are actually contributing to change the way we interact with the things around us (pun intended).
Agenda:
– 18:00 Doors open / pizza time / networking
– 19:00 Frehun Adefris Demissie: “AI, IoT and gamification in logistics based on the Port of Rotterdam case”
– 20:00 Freek van Gool, Aemro Amare: Bigdata Analytics and our IoT Gateway: Toon
– 21:00 Beers / networking
